Product Overview
Propack's PP Corrugated Boxes (also known as corflute, twinwall, or coreflute boxes) are manufactured from carbon-black impregnated conductive polypropylene sheet. Unlike single-use cardboard boxes, PP corrugated boxes are designed for 200+ return-journey use cycles, making them significantly more cost-effective and environmentally friendly over a 3–5 year deployment horizon.
Available in three resistance grades — conductive (10³–10⁵ Ω), dissipative (10⁵–10⁹ Ω), and anti-static (10⁹–10¹¹ Ω) — to suit different component sensitivity levels and EPA zoning requirements. Standard box designs include four-flap closure (with or without lid), tray, and divided insert configurations. Custom inserts, foam liners, and divider grids can be factory-fitted for high-value component kitting.
Key Features
200+ Use Cycles
Unlike cardboard, conductive PP corrugated does not degrade with moisture or repeated handling. Wash and reuse, reducing packaging cost per cycle to a fraction of cardboard alternatives.
Three ESD Grades
Conductive (C), Dissipative (D), and Anti-Static (A) grades in the same physical format. Match the box grade to your EPA zone requirements and component CDM sensitivity.
Lightweight Yet Rigid
4 mm twin-wall PP sheet weighs ~60% less than equivalent corrugated cardboard while offering superior compression strength — ideal for stacking in high-bay stores.
Custom Inserts & Dividers
Factory-cut foam inserts, PP divider grids, and moulded trays available for component kitting, sensitive IC storage, or organised WIP management.
Custom Printing
Screen-printed or hot-stamped with part number, ESD symbol, barcode, or logo. Up to 3 colours on any face. Maintains resistivity after printing.
Custom Sizes
Standard range from 150×100×100 mm to 600×400×300 mm. Any bespoke size cut and folded to order with 5-day lead time for new tooling.

Applications
Ordering Process
- 1
Define Requirements
Specify the component dimensions, maximum weight per box, desired ESD grade (C/D/A), and any insert or divider requirements.
- 2
Sample Approval
We manufacture a sample set in 5 business days. Test for fit, resistivity, and stacking integrity before approving production quantity.
- 3
Production & QC
Each box batch is tested for surface resistivity (IEC 61340-2-3) and compression. Certificate of compliance issued with every order.
- 4
Delivery
Shipped flat-packed to reduce freight volume. Field-foldable in under 30 seconds without tools. Bulk supply available from our Greater Noida warehouse.
- 5
End-of-Life Recycling
Conductive PP corrugated is 100% recyclable. We can arrange collection and recycling of used boxes at end of life to support your sustainability reporting.
