Product Overview

ESD Gloves and Finger Cots serve dual purposes in electronics manufacturing: they protect sensitive electronic components from the natural oils and acids on human skin (which can cause corrosion and solder defects), while simultaneously providing an electrostatic discharge protection path from operator hands to the grounding system.

Propack supplies a comprehensive range: full-hand ESD gloves in nylon, polyurethane-coated, and conductive fibre knit formats; and individual finger cots in natural rubber, nitrile, and ESD conductive materials. All products meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements for personnel ESD control and are available in all standard sizes with bulk packaging options.

Multiple Material Options

Nylon knit (lightweight daily use), PU-coated (durability + tactile feel), carbon fibre knit (highest ESD performance), and natural rubber finger cots.

Oil & Contamination Barrier

Prevents skin oils, fingerprint acids, and skin particles from contaminating PCB pads, gold contacts, and optical surfaces during handling and assembly.

Lint-Free

Seamless knit construction eliminates particle generation. Critical for cleanroom applications and optical component handling where particle contamination must be avoided.

Full Size Range

Available in XS, S, M, L, XL. Finger cots in small, medium, large. Proper fit is essential for both comfort and reliable ESD grounding performance.

Chemical Resistance

Selected grades resistant to IPA, flux cleaners, and solvents. Powder-free and non-silicone formulations available for PCB and optical assembly.

Bulk Packaging

Available in boxes of 10, 100, or 1000. Custom packaging and bulk dispenser options available for high-volume production environments.
