Product Overview
ESD Aprons and Coveralls are mandatory PPE in any ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliant EPA. Regular clothing made from synthetic fibres generates and holds static charges that can discharge destructively to sensitive electronic components. Our ESD garments use carbon-fibre grid or conductive polyester fabric technology to safely dissipate static from the garment surface to the grounded operator.
Propack supplies a complete range: half-aprons for bench operators, full-length lab coats for cleanroom environments, and full-body coveralls for high-risk semiconductor and defence facilities. All garments are certified to IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20, and are available in multiple sizes with custom embroidery/logo options for corporate branding.
Product Range & Features
Three Product Formats
Half apron (waist to knee), full lab coat (collar to ankle), and full-body coverall. All available in standard sizes XS–3XL with custom sizing on request.
Carbon Grid Fabric
Woven carbon-fibre grid in polyester fabric provides surface resistivity of 10⁵–10⁹ Ω. Grid spacing ≤10 mm for reliable charge dissipation across the entire garment surface.
Washable — 50+ Cycles
ESD properties maintained for 50+ industrial washing cycles (40°C, no bleach). Each batch supplied with wash-cycle tracking log for compliance documentation.
Snap-On Ground Points
ESD snaps on cuffs and body panel connect to wrist strap cords or common-point ground, routing charge directly to ground rather than through the operator's skin.
Cleanroom Compatible
Low particle generation versions available for ISO 5–7 cleanrooms. Sealed seams, lint-free construction, and non-shed cuffs meet cleanroom garment standards.
Multiple Colours
Standard colours: white, blue, light grey, green. Custom colours and embroidered logo/name options available for minimum order quantities.
