ESD Wipes and Rolls are purpose-designed cleaning consumables for electrostatic protected environments. Standard paper or cloth wipes can generate significant static charges through triboelectric friction during wiping — ESD wipes use conductive/dissipative nonwoven fabric and anti-static treatments to eliminate this effect, making them safe to use on PCBs, sensitive IC packages, and ESD mat surfaces.
Propack offers dry wipes (for use with approved solvents), pre-saturated IPA wipes (70% IPA), and dry rolls for worksurface coverage. All products are lint-free, non-abrasive, and compatible with sensitive electronic component surfaces including gold contacts, ENIG pads, and optical coatings.
