Propack ESD Epoxy Coatings are high-performance, solvent-free floor coating systems specifically formulated for electrostatic sensitive manufacturing environments. The seamless, joint-free surface eliminates contamination traps, making these coatings ideal for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical production areas, and precision electronics assembly.
Our epoxy ESD coatings are available in conductive (104–106 Ω) and dissipative (106–109 Ω) formulations. The two-component system provides outstanding adhesion to concrete substrates, excellent chemical resistance, and a durable surface that retains its ESD properties for 15+ years under normal industrial use.

Seamless Surface

Chemical Resistance
Excellent resistance to PCB chemicals, flux, isopropyl alcohol, dilute acids, alkalis, and cleaning agents common in electronics manufacturing.
Colour-Through Design
ESD pigmentation goes through the full depth — colour and conductivity properties maintained even as the surface wears over time.
Dual Formulation
Choose conductive (<106 Ω) for high-risk areas or dissipative (106–109 Ω) for general EPA zones. Both ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliant.
Low Dust Generation
Epoxy surface does not generate particles under foot traffic. Critically important for PCBA, semiconductor, and medical device manufacturing.
Self-Levelling Option
Self-levelling formulation available for uneven substrates, producing a perfectly flat surface with minimal surface preparation requirements.
